The All American Collector's Show returns to the Glendale Civic Auditorium for its 39th year on Saturday, August 16th, 2008 and Sunday, August 17th, 2008. Show hours are Saturday noon to 6 p.m. and on Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission for adults is $7.00 and only $2.00 admission for children.

200 dealers from around the world will gather to buy, sell and trade Tin Wind-up toys, Cast Iron toys, Disney memorabilia, Dolls, Americana, Arcade machines, Movie memorabilia, Gambling items, advertising and much more. Collectible items are on display and can be purchased for as little as one dollar, while rare and highly desirable pieces, such as a Cigar Store Indian might fetch $65,000. Antique and rare advertising signs have been sold for prices ranging from $100 to $100,000, carousel figures from $600 too as much as $50,000 and all-in-all, the Show offers a carnival-type museum look, full of excitement and activity.

"It is almost impossible not to have a great time," said co-promoter Jeff Dukow, "there is something for everyone and at every price range." Among the thousands of collectors who throng this fabulous show, are well-known celebrities who are also collectors. In previous shows such buyers have been Jonathan Winters, Michael Jackson, Dan Aykroyd, Demi Moore, Robert Blake and Malcolm McDowell.

"It is virtually impossible to find this much merchandise and in such a wide category in any individual antique show or toy store in the entire United States. Here it is all under on roof. Even those who are not collectors can have a great time strolling along looking at the displays. It is certainly more interesting and entertaining than a museum."

The Glendale Civic Auditorium is located at 1401 North Verdugo Road in Glendale, California.
