Check-in Locations:
Check-in for badges and balances due will take place at the upper level in the north foyer.
Exhibitor Location:
The floor plan will have some changes, but generally, past exhibitors will have their same location or a close proximity. Notification of any changes or location assignments for new exhibitors will be mailed 10 days prior to show time.

Loading and parking:
Exhibitors enter you vehicle from Verdugo at the parking garage driveway and proceed to the unloading area. Unload and move your vehicle to the North Lot #32, which is free on Saturday & Sunday, or to the metered Lot #30 behind the gas station and church, which is 25 cents per 1/3 hour (quarters only). The parking garage and lot #31 adjoining the auditorium are reserved for customers attending the show.
An all-night security guard will be provided, but we suggest that you cover your tables when leaving the auditorium on Saturday night.

                                     Show hours - noon to 6:00 p.m.

Sunday  ......................................... Exhibitors admitted at 9:00 a.m.
                                     Show hours - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
